Lots of Toys for Lots of Tots

Each year DC Group employees take up a toy collection for the local Toys for Tots toy drive. This year we blew past our record and gathered up 146 toys for delivery to the local drop-off. Toys go to families who are unable to manage the expense of holiday presents. The program also has a lot of other great ways to help: purchase holiday cards or ornaments online (and write off the bulk of the cost) at toyfortots.org.

Toys for Tots is an official activity of the U.S. Marine Corp. Since its inception, the program has distributed over 469 million toys to over 216 million less fortunate children. Toys for Tots also runs a literacy program, as well as a specific toy and book program for Native Americans living on reservations. We encourage everyone to get involved and give a toy or make a donation!
